Refund policy

The Light of the Living Night is sold as digital library access (£7). Read in the browser; thy place is kept on the ledger. Once access is granted, the sale is final except where the law requires otherwise.

If the online reader fails to load a chapter, shows a blank page, or otherwise cannot be used, email support@livingnight.ink with a short description and we shall restore access or refund the purchase at our discretion.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may delay access while we reconcile with the payment provider.
